4.2 Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum aggregate liability is strictly limited to $1,000.00
  • Users assume complete responsibility for information interpretation and use

4.3 Indemnification Provisions

Users agree to comprehensively indemnify the Companies against:

Invalid provisions do not invalidate entire agreement. Remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.

7.3 Modification Rights

Companies reserve unilateral right to modify agreement. Users responsible for periodic review of current terms.
