- "Users" means any individual accessing or interacting with Companies' resources
1.2 Scope of Application
This agreement governs all interactions, including but not limited to:

2. Intellectual Property Rights and Ownership

THE COMPANIES PROVIDE ALL INFORMATION AND SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. The Companies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
4.2 Limitation of Liability
- Maximum aggregate liability is strictly limited to $1,000.00
- Users assume complete responsibility for information interpretation and use
4.3 Indemnification Provisions
Users agree to comprehensively indemnify the Companies against:
- Civil and criminal regulatory penalties
- Litigation expenses and attorney fees
- Compliance and investigation costs
- Reputational damage mitigation
